About Me

My name is Hari. “Who am I?” is the question of all questions, eternal mystery.
I am the seeker and the answer.

I am. Everything is I.

I always was, I will always be. The conscious dreamer of all dreams. I was before time, I am beyond time.
Yet, where is this I?

Dream

I am. Yet I dream that I need to become.
I live. Yet I dream that I am becoming.
I witness. Yet I am the witnessed.

Harih Om is a sacred space to share and to give. An attempt to put into words That which can’t be said.

The story of my life in this life begins twelve years ago (although my body counts years before that — I do not consider those worth mentioning). Twelve years ago, an inner call. A first meditation. A first journey into myself, into my own Being.

A single question, or a constellation of questions, all revolving around the same mystery — set me onto the great adventure. A deep, profound inner journey. A journey into my Self. Deep inquiry, meditation and contemplation. Purifying the mind-body structure in order to truly see, to feel, to experience the very core of my own existence. The greatest task any human being can set for themselves.

My framework is not one of ashrams and solitude — au contraire. I live in modern western society, faced with the responsibilities of an ordinary life, while maintaining the fire of inner seeking and abiding in my own Being. My life is a combination of spiritual seeking and the building of something harmonious, joyful and whole — an inward and outward symphony.

This is a story about growth, transformation, hope, strength, love, harmony, God and connection.

I hope it finds you at the right moment. Welcome.

Ellam Ondre.
All is One.

Vedanta. Yoga. Meditation. Zen. Buddhism. Taoism. Qi Gong. Lucid Dreaming. Shamanism. Mysticism. Psychology. Philosophy. Mindfulness.
All is One. There is only one path, a path of Being. And there are many attempts to describe and define it. Walk it — and it will reveal itself.
